Alcorcón Polyphonic Choir celebrates 40th anniversary with Broadway concert

The Alcorcón Polyphonic Choir will perform a special concert on May 17 at the Buero Vallejo Theater to commemorate four decades of artistic contribution to the city.

The event, titled Una tarde en Broadway, starts at 7:00 PM and features a journey through the most famous titles in musical theater history. The program includes selections from iconic shows such as Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera, and Mamma Mia.
Organizers highlighted that the show will combine choral performance with live music and a carefully crafted stage production. This performance marks the conclusion of the 40th-anniversary celebrations for the group, which remains one of the most recognized cultural entities in Alcorcón.
Tickets can be purchased at the Buero Vallejo Theater box office. Opening hours are Wednesday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, as well as two hours before the show begins.
