During a police checkpoint established in the town of Alcorcón, agents of the National Police successfully seized one kilogram of MDMA. The operation took place on May 14th when officers stopped a vehicle.
Inside the car, officers noticed a man in the rear seat exhibiting agitated behavior. According to police sources, this individual had previously asked the driver to avoid the control point, a request that was ultimately not heeded.
Upon searching the vehicle's interior, officers discovered a black bag with gold lettering in the rear lower section. Inside, they found a plastic freezer bag containing several whitish rocks. Subsequent tests confirmed the substance to be MDMA, weighing over one kilogram.
As a result of the intervention, the suspect was arrested for an alleged crime against public health and brought before the judicial authorities.
