The Fuenlabrada University Hospital, through its Women's Area, has scheduled a series of tours of the center's delivery rooms. The aim is for expectant parents to familiarize themselves with the facilities and address any concerns they may have before the moment of birth.
The renovated delivery room facilities cover an area of 308 square meters. They include a new obstetric monitoring center, five delivery and recovery rooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub, and a post-surgical resuscitation room with a toilet.
The delivery rooms are equipped with items such as articulated beds, parallel bars, slings, and birthing balls. This is intended to accommodate women's wishes and needs, in line with the hospital's Respected Birth Program.
The tours will take place on September 15, 22, and 29; October 6, 13, 20, and 27; November 3, 10, 17, and 24; and December 1 and 15. All sessions will start at 10:00 AM, with the meeting point being the Rehabilitation hall.
These sessions are aimed at expectant parents and are organized by the Women's Area of the Fuenlabrada University Hospital.
