These new grants will be available for application from September 8th until October 5th. Each project can apply for a maximum funding of 3,000 euros. The call is designed to support both organizations with a consolidated track record in the city and emerging associative initiatives.
Eligible activities range from the formation of new associations and increasing their membership base, to the integration of young people and other profiles into existing entities. Support is also provided for projects related to training, advice, improvement of digital skills, and the economic sustainability of organizations.
This initiative complements the annual grants specifically for established neighborhood associations, whose application deadline is September 28th. This aid is intended to finance the development of their activities and projects.
“"The objective is to foster both the continuity of existing associations and the emergence of new entities and projects. We also aim to facilitate generational renewal and provide new tools to the associative movement."
All detailed information about both calls, as well as the procedures for submitting applications, is available through the electronic headquarters of the Getafe City Council.
