The municipality of Getafe has unveiled its summer cultural program, running from late June through August with free music, cinema, and children's activities across various public spaces.

La Alhóndiga Park serves as the hub for these events. From June 25 to July 19, the venue will host a schedule featuring musical performances, magic shows, and a dining area with food trucks. Activities will take place from Thursday to Sunday, starting at 7:00 PM.
Key highlights include a performance of Carmina Burana, featuring nearly 200 local artists. Additionally, outdoor cinema will be set up on the lake meadow starting July 4, with screenings scheduled for every Saturday throughout July and August.
The cultural offerings extend beyond the main park. The San José Hospitalillo will host choral music recitals, flamenco, and theatrical performances. Furthermore, summer cinema will reach various neighborhoods across the city, decentralizing leisure options to ensure accessibility for all residents during the summer months.
