The local administration has requested clarity on execution timelines, distribution criteria, and access conditions for these funds. This request follows the recent regional announcement, which contrasts with the position held by the Department of Education on July 6th, when regional funding for these school improvements was denied.
Due to the lack of technical details, the municipal government will submit a budget modification for approval at the Plenary Session on September 23rd. This measure will inject 1,000,000 euros of local funds into maintenance, insulation improvements, and the creation of shaded areas across the city's 37 educational centers, including schools and nurseries.

The council maintains that climate control is a regional responsibility and emphasizes the need to implement aerothermal systems.
