The Fuenlabrada Dinámica program, managed through CIFE, has unveiled a renewed schedule of activities for the second quarter, focusing on enhancing professional skills, facilitating access to employment, and strengthening the local business fabric.
One of the main innovations is the introduction of the ‘Assisted Management’ service, a free initiative specifically aimed at self-employed individuals and micro-enterprises in the city. This service is designed to offer technical assistance, particularly beneficial for businesses facing generational transitions or needing to plan for business continuity.
Through professional and personalized support, ‘Assisted Management’ allows for the analysis of each company's situation, exploration of viable alternatives, and provision of specialized support in economic, fiscal, and legal areas. The goal is to facilitate more robust and sustainable decision-making for local businesses.
The program for the second quarter, running from April to June, includes various actions such as career guidance, continuous training, support for entrepreneurs, and job intermediation services. All these activities aim to address the needs of both citizens and the business sector in a constantly evolving economic environment. All activities are free and will be held until full capacity is reached.
