Leganés starts preseason on July 6 with four confirmed friendlies

The 'pepinero' club will conduct medical check-ups and training at the Butarque Sports Facility before facing Levante, Albacete, Peñafiel, and Tenerife.

CD Leganés will kick off its preseason on Monday, July 6, with medical check-ups prior to the start of on-field training on Wednesday, July 8, at the Butarque Sports Facility.

After two days of medical tests, the team led by Rubén Albés will begin training at their facilities. The preseason will include several summer friendly matches. The first confirmed game will be on Saturday, July 11, at 7:00 PM against Levante in Valencia.
Subsequently, on Friday, July 17, Albacete will visit the ID Butarque for another preparation match, the time of which is yet to be confirmed. After this game, the squad will undertake a week-long training camp in Melgaço, Portugal.
During their stay in Portugal, Leganés will play two more matches: on Tuesday, July 21, against a rival yet to be determined, and on Friday, July 24, against Peñafiel, a team from Liga Portugal 2. After this camp, the team will return to Leganés for the second phase of their preparation.
The club will play more preparation matches before the league starts, scheduled for August 15 and 16. One of the confirmed fixtures is for Saturday, August 8, when the XLVI Trofeo Villa de Leganés will be played against Tenerife.
