Getafe CF has strengthened its squad with two new signings: Ivorian center-back Jean Yves Valou, on loan from Villarreal B until the end of the season, and midfielder Ramón Terrats, who returns to the club after his departure from Villarreal.

The club has intensified its activity in the transfer market. After confirming the permanent signing of Zaid Romero, who was on loan last season and has now signed for four seasons from Club Brugge, Getafe announced on Tuesday the arrival of Jean Yves Valou. The 20-year-old Ivorian defender, standing 1.88 meters tall, joins on loan from Villarreal B to bolster the defense.
Valou is noted for his physicality, aerial ability, and defensive solidity. After developing in Villarreal's youth academy, he will compete for a place in the defense alongside teammates such as Zaid Romero, Boselli, Abqar, and Djené.
This Wednesday, the signing of Ramón Terrats, a Catalan midfielder returning to Getafe after his contract with Villarreal ended, was made official. The player has signed for the next three seasons.
During his previous spell with the club, Terrats played 16 matches, scoring four goals and providing one assist. He was an important player in the final stretch of the season, contributing with his runs into the box, intensity, and attacking capabilities.
