The Aranjuez City Council, through the Youth Delegation, is organizing the 1st Rap Battle, an urban culture and freestyle event that will take place on September 5th at the Parque Pozo de las Nieves.

The initiative aims to offer young people a space for meeting and artistic expression, highlighting disciplines that combine creativity, wit, and talent. The competition will unfold in several rounds where participants must demonstrate their ability to improvise rhymes and respond to their rivals live.
The battle is open to 32 young people between 14 and 30 years old. Registrations are now open by sending an email to juventud@aranjuez.es, specifying full name, age, artistic name, and contact phone number. Spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
The top three finishers will receive cash prizes: 500 euros for first place, 300 euros for second, and 100 euros for third.
The event will feature a host to lead the competition, a DJ, and a panel of expert judges to evaluate performances, along with guest artist appearances.
