The Alcorcón Fire Department intervened on Tuesday to extinguish a small fire that broke out in one of the vehicles of the Municipal Services Company of Alcorcón (Esmasa). The incident occurred on Esteban Márquez street and, fortunately, no injuries were reported.
According to information from Esmasa sources, employees noticed smoke emanating from the vehicle's exhaust pipe, although no flames were visible. The prompt action by the workers, following occupational risk prevention protocols, along with the swift intervention of the Firefighters and the Municipal Police, prevented the incident from escalating.
The employees' actions, following occupational risk prevention protocols, combined with the rapid intervention of the Firefighters and the Municipal Police, meant the incident was reduced to 'a scare'.
