The municipality of Alcorcón is preparing for a weekend full of cultural activity with the start of the Celtic Market and the Spring and Literature Fair, offering leisure and gastronomic proposals.

From this Friday until next Sunday, the streets of downtown Alcorcón, including Plaza Reyes de España and Mayor and Iglesia streets, will be transformed to host the Celtic Market. This event will feature an offer focused on the culture of northern Spain, highlighting craft stalls and traditional gastronomy, accompanied by live musical performances.
At the same time, the Spring and Literature Fair, promoted by the Municipal Institute for Employment and Economic Promotion of Alcorcón (IMEPE) in coordination with the Department of Culture and Festivities, seeks to boost local commerce. Participating establishments will have free spaces to display their products, also offering incentives to customers who make purchases over ten euros.
The cultural program is completed with family workshops, concerts, and recreational activities designed to attract all types of audiences. While the market will remain active until Sunday night, the commercial fair will have specific hours during Saturday and Sunday to facilitate citizen attendance.
