Alcorcón Hosts 16th Charity Race 'Club Amigos' with 2,000 Runners

The sporting event, aimed at promoting the inclusion of individuals with intellectual disabilities, has sold out all available bibs.

Nearly 2,000 runners will participate this Sunday in the 16th edition of the 'Club Amigos' Charity Race at Parque Polvoranca in Alcorcón, after selling out all bibs.

The sporting and solidarity event, organized by C.D.E. Amigos Valderas and the Club Amigos Association in collaboration with the Sports Department, aims to promote the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities.
The main race, featuring a five-kilometer circuit, will start at 11:00 AM near the main parking area. Participants will have a maximum of one hour and twenty minutes to complete the course.
In addition to the adult race, children's races for participants aged 0 to 15 have been scheduled, starting at 11:20 AM. The trophy ceremony will take place between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM.
The program will conclude with children's activities, music, and entertainment starting at 12:00 PM, along with an appetizer reception from 1:00 PM.
