The Fuenlabrada City Council, through its Center for Training and Employment Initiatives (CIFE), has launched a new program of free activities to facilitate access to employment and has incorporated a technical assistance service for self-employed individuals and micro-enterprises.

The initiative, named ‘Fuenlabrada Dinámica’, offers a series of free activities, subject to capacity, designed to enhance professional skills, facilitate job access, and promote continuous learning. These resources are available both in-person and online.
The main innovation in this edition is the ‘Assisted Management’ service, specifically aimed at self-employed individuals and micro-enterprises in Fuenlabrada. As announced by the Council, this free technical assistance is particularly geared towards businesses facing generational transitions or needing to plan for the continuity of their economic activity.

"Through professional and personalized support, Assisted Managements allow for the analysis of each company's real situation, evaluation of viable alternatives, and specialized support in economic, fiscal, and legal areas, facilitating more informed and sustainable decision-making."

Javier Bokesa · Councillor for Economic Development, Employment, Commerce, and Foreign Cooperation
The ‘Fuenlabrada Dinámica’ program for the second quarter, running from April to June, combines career guidance, continuous training, support for entrepreneurs, and business intermediation and support services. The goal is to address the diverse needs of citizens and businesses in the municipality within a changing economic context.
Councillor Javier Bokesa emphasized that the inclusion of this new service strengthens ‘Fuenlabrada Dinámica’ s comprehensive approach, focusing not only on job placement and the creation of new projects but also on the consolidation and permanence of the existing business fabric, which is crucial for local economic development and employment.
