The session addressed the closure and liquidation of the municipal budget, as well as the review of the accounts corresponding to the past fiscal year. The General Account was approved after considering that the presented documentation and the economic management reflected within it have been duly justified.
In accordance with the legally established procedure, the General Account, along with the opinion of the corresponding Commission, will be made public for a period of 15 days. During this time, interested parties may examine the documentation and submit any claims, objections, or observations they deem appropriate.
This procedure is part of the accountability process for municipal economic management and aims to ensure transparency and access to information regarding the City Council's budgetary activities.
The City Council continues to work on fulfilling its obligations for economic management, budgetary control, and transparency in the administration of public municipal resources. The adjusted budgetary result shows an amount of €58,384.19.
