The intervention, which involved an investment of 192,683.80 euros (VAT included), renews a total area of 105 x 63 meters, dedicating a playing area of 100 x 60 meters to football 11 practice.
The financing for this project was split between the Community of Madrid, contributing 50.17%, and the Sevilla la Nueva City Council, covering the remaining 49.83%. Project and construction management costs amount to an additional 6,316.20 euros plus VAT.
The mayor of Sevilla la Nueva, Asensio Martínez Agraz, highlighted that the renovation aligns with the municipal commitment to "continuous improvement of sports facilities and offering our athletes adequate spaces to train and compete in the best possible conditions".
With this project, total investments in sports facilities and equipment executed since 2023 now exceed 581,000 euros. This includes previous upgrades at the Héctor Valero Sports City, the roofing of four paddle tennis courts, and the stands of the football field.
