The Sevilla la Nueva City Council has inaugurated the new Social Welfare Space, located on Estrella street, after the comprehensive renovation of the former medical clinic.

The project, which involved an investment exceeding 100,000 euros, has updated the building's electrical system, carpentry, and painting. Additionally, photovoltaic panels have been installed, enhancing the property's energy efficiency.
This new space integrates the Social Services Area and the Equality Area, designed to offer residents more comfortable, accessible, and personalized attention. Its street-level location and redesigned layout also allow for greater autonomy and privacy in professional service delivery.
From these facilities, residents will continue to receive support in areas crucial for their well-being, including family support, childhood services, equality initiatives, and other emerging social needs.
“

"Having adequate facilities to provide services that directly impact the lives of many families, offering professional, close, and private attention as required."

Asensio Martínez Agraz · Mayor of Sevilla la Nueva
The launch of this space is also part of the collaborative efforts of Sevilla la Nueva through the Mancomunidad de Servicios El Alberche, fostering inter-municipal coordination, optimizing public resources, and accessing funding for service improvements.
Through this initiative, the municipality revitalizes and repurposes a municipal building, consolidating various social welfare resources in one location and providing updated facilities tailored to current needs.
