The chest, deposited in the future Garden of Time opposite Pequelandia Park, holds objects and documents that will allow future residents to understand life in the municipality half a century ago. The initiative aims to preserve collective memory and local heritage.
Mayor David Blázquez presided over the ceremony, during which it was detailed that the space will feature a sundial and benches, creating a place for reflection. The 'Paths of the Soul,' a project focused on the municipality's heritage and memory, will also originate from this spot.
