This increase in police staff, which took nearly 900 days due to the complexity of theoretical and physical tests, as well as six months of training at the IFISE, will optimize security services in the municipality.

The arrival of these new officers primarily aims to improve surveillance in urbanizations, intensify controls at the town's access points, and enhance collaboration with the Civil Guard and investigation teams. Local authorities are confident that these measures will result in a tangible increase in security for residents.

In addition to the staff expansion, the municipality has implemented other security improvements. These include the renovation of the police headquarters, the expansion of the surveillance camera network, and the free transfer of several vehicles from the Madrid City Council. The Local Police has also been equipped with new tools, such as an evidential breathalyzer, drug detection tests, and technological instruments for more efficient management.
