The program will take place in Ciempozuelos, Chinchón, Morata de Tajuña, San Martín de la Vega, Titulcia, and Villaconejos, bringing digital skills to women in these towns and expanding their personal and professional opportunities in an increasingly digitalized society.
Each course will cover modules on digital literacy, electronic administration, artificial intelligence, cloud communication and tools, digital security, and time management. The content is designed for application in daily life, job searching, and professional development.
The initiative begins with an initial assessment of each participant's digital skills to tailor the learning to their knowledge and goals, supporting both seeking employment and rural entrepreneurship. The Mancomunidad aims for this training to be a real tool for autonomy and employability.
The project, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and the Community of Madrid, is part of the Program for the Promotion of Equal Opportunities between Women and Men. Execution has been awarded to Fundación ACOBE.
