The Entrena Empleo EcoPioneras Project seeks to offer a training and support opportunity for women residing in municipalities with fewer than 5,000 inhabitants, especially those unemployed or with precarious contracts. Residents of Chapinería who meet the requirements can benefit from this initiative.
The program will begin on October 13 and will be developed through two weekly online sessions, held in the morning, facilitating participation from the municipality itself. Participants will improve their job prospects, reinforce their digital skills, and develop green competencies oriented towards emerging and sustainable sectors.
This initiative is completely free for participants, as it is funded by the Community of Madrid. The project is carried out by the Santa María la Real Foundation with subsidies from the Consejería de Familia, Juventud y Asuntos Sociales of the Community of Madrid.
The Chapinería Town Hall encourages women who fit the profile to seek information and consider participating, highlighting the opportunity to continue learning and access new possibilities in the labor market linked to the green economy.
