The Espacio Activo program, designed for seniors seeking to stay active and enjoy a participatory, dynamic, and welcoming environment, begins with the inaugural session titled “Tú recuerdas, yo evoco” (You Remember, I Evoke). This activity will feature Ignacio Yuste, a narrator and stage creator.
During the sessions, creative workshops, games, memory exercises, music, art, and socialization moments will be offered. The aim is to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being through varied and stimulating activities.
The “Tú recuerdas, yo evoco” initiative seeks to foster coexistence, memory, and collectivity through words, presence, and listening. Participants will be able to share stories, anecdotes, and life experiences, narrating their childhood and youth to bring their past into the present and connect with who they are now, recognizing that memories are part of our collective history.
