Puentes Viejas launches 'Punto Activo' to promote health and active living

The municipality of Puentes Viejas is launching a new edition of the 'Punto Activo' program, offering free activities aimed at promoting health and active living among its residents.

The program, which will run from October 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, is divided into three quarters and covers a wide range of disciplines adapted to different age groups. Activities will take place in the towns of Mangirón, Paredes de Buitrago, and Serrada de la Fuente.
Offerings include Pilates classes for young adults and adults (18-50 years old), Chi Kung for those over 50, and Yoga for the +65 age group. Additionally, there will be a Mountain School for children aged 6 to 11 and an Adventure Group for teenagers aged 12 to 17.
Registration can be done via WhatsApp at 636 90 26 24 or by filling out a form at the corresponding classroom. Places are limited, with priority given to registered residents of the municipality.
All activities are completely free and are co-financed by the Comunidad de Madrid, as part of the tenth edition of the Institutional Collaboration Program in Physical Activity and Health Projects.
