In Braojos de la Sierra, a new municipal swimming pool complex has been constructed with an investment of €174,000 from the Regional Investment Program (PIR). Works are expected to conclude in October. Additionally, the municipal fronton court has been refurbished for €48,340 from the same program.
The regional government has also funded the construction of a warehouse for the local council's materials and machinery, costing €150,000 from the Cooperation Plan for Works and Services. Furthermore, facades of two municipal buildings in the Plaza del Sol have been restored for €87,000 through the Beautification Plan.
Regarding Lozoya, the investment focused on improving the pavement of San Vicente and Salvador streets, as well as the area around the Plaza Mayor, with nearly €100,000 from the Beautification Plan.
Furthermore, in Lozoya, the urbanization of Octava street in the Colonia de la Fuensanta has been completed. This project, including integral asphalting and sidewalk construction, was funded with €100,000 from the Cooperation Plan for Works and Services.
