Born from a community participation process, the 'Voces (In)Visibles' project is a collective creation where eleven women have shared their reflections and dialogues on gender-based violence. The result is a photographic series that employs corporeality and the allegorical to visually shape these experiences.
The exhibition features technical development and digital post-production by Lorea Jaio, and an immersive sound design by Chico-Trópico, aiming to enhance the viewer's experience.
After being presented in various locations across the Sierra Norte, the exhibition moves to the Humanities Center, inviting contemplation on realities that are often silenced.
An invitation to look at and listen to usually silenced realities.
The 'Voces (In)Visibles' initiative is funded by the State Pact against Gender Violence from the Ministry of Equality. It is promoted by the Puentes Viejas City Council and designed and coordinated by Clara Martínez Rodríguez and Adriana López García.
The exhibition will be open from September 25th to October 18th in the temporary exhibition hall. Visiting hours are Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM, and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
