The two public housing developments for affordable rental under the Community of Madrid's Plan Vive in Moralzarzal are nearing completion, according to Avintia Inmobiliaria. Construction is in its final administrative and technical finishing stages, with key handover anticipated in the first quarter of 2027.

The management company is finalizing the corresponding technical and legalization procedures with the Community of Madrid and the Ayuntamiento de Moralzarzal. Once all licenses and permits are obtained, registered applicants will be contacted in list order.
The Los Linarejos development, located at Camino de Alpedrete, 56, comprises 20 Public Limited Price Housing (VPPL) units with 2 and 3 bedrooms, all including storage rooms and parking spaces. The construction is fully completed and reviewed, awaiting administrative legalization. Prices start from €783/month for 2-bedroom units and €1,114/month for 3-bedroom units.
Meanwhile, the Las Hachazuelas development, at Calle Las Hachazuelas, 75, will offer 60 (VPPL) units with 2 and 3 bedrooms, also with storage and garage. Interior work is finished, and exterior finishing is expected to be completed by the end of October, followed by administrative legalization. Prices for these homes start at €783/month for 2-bedroom units and €1,052/month for 3-bedroom units.
The first tenants are expected to move into their new homes during the first quarter of 2027.
