The extraordinary plenary session in Moralzarzal held on October 15 approved the allocation of 13,500 euros for the comprehensive replacement and repair of the floors in the Senior Center building.

The proposal from the governing team was approved with votes in favor from PP, PSOE, VOX, Contigo, and the Non-Attached councilor, while Vecinos por Moralzarzal (VMP) and MEC abstained. The initiative aims to improve the safety, accessibility, and comfort for the municipality's seniors.
The action will be carried out through a budgetary modification funded by the General Treasury Remainder from the previous fiscal year. The project addresses the urgent need to resolve the accumulated wear and tear due to the age of the facilities and the intensive daily use the center experiences, driven by a progressive increase in users.
Through this renovation, the City Council will renew the deteriorated pavements to provide seniors in the municipality with a more accessible, safe, comfortable space adapted for their daily activities.
