Over two days, starting at 8:00 PM, a total of 14 recent Spanish short films will be screened, covering genres such as comedy, drama, animation, documentary, and fantasy. Admission is free until full capacity.
The festival stands out for its interactive format, where attendees act as the official jury. By voting from their mobile phones via QR codes, the audience will decide the winners of the awards, which include €300 for the first prize and €150 for the second.
The program features renowned actors such as Carlos Santos, Tamar Novas, Susana Abaitua, Ramón Barea, Juan José Ballesta, Toni Acosta, Víctor Palmero, Nancho Novo, Manolo Zarzo, Veki Velilla, and Alexandra Jiménez, among others.
As a closing event, an open Q&A session will be held on Saturday, October 24th, after the screenings. Spectators will have the opportunity to chat with members of the artistic and technical teams of the short films, discovering the creative and production intricacies.
Among the short films to be shown are titles such as 'Epifanía', 'Abril, hoy no es invierno' (documentary), 'Montecarlo 67', 'El Fantasma de la Quinta' (animation), 'Chicken Jazz', 'Faustino', '¡Por las tetas de Lucía!', 'Cara de cona', 'Último superviviente a bordo', 'Baile con la Muerte' (animation), 'Lo que no se ve', 'Polígono X', and 'In Memoriam'.
