The 2026 Patron Saint Festivals in Soto del Real promise six days of celebration, starting with a pre-festival event for local groups on July 30 and extending to August 4. The music program, designed for all audiences, will feature free performances by national artists, large orchestras, cover bands, and DJs.
The main music night on August 4 will feature Soraya, a renowned Spanish artist, offering a free concert at the Plaza de la Villa starting at 10:30 PM. Following her performance, Sofía Cristo, a leading figure in national electronic music, will set the rhythm for the early morning with a highly anticipated set for younger audiences.
The previous day, August 3, the Plaza de la Villa will host Destrangis, a tribute band considered one of the best to Estopa, which will play the popular Catalan duo's greatest hits.
The festival nights will also feature three of the most recognized national orchestras: Orquesta Benidorm Show, Orquesta Atlántida, and Orquesta Diamante, presenting large-scale shows combining live music, choreography, and audiovisuals.
In total, 13 DJs, some local and proposed by the peñas (local groups), will offer sets across different stages and times. Cover bands such as Enredo Globens, La Banda del Cien, and Copacabana will perform hits from various generations of pop, rock, and indie music. Musical animation will also be present with Charanga El Mono, touring the town's streets.
The Councilor for Events and Festivals, Almudena Sánchez, highlighted the varied and free nature of the musical program, stating that «everyone will find their moment within the festivities». She added that this preview is only part of the program and the complete schedule, including children's, gastronomic, and traditional activities, will be presented soon.
