The Moralzarzal Town Hall has launched a new digital platform designed to centralize municipal services and information, facilitating residents' interaction with the administration throughout the year.

The initiative, part of the Digitalization of Local Entities Program – SIDERAL Program, aims to modernize and connect the council with citizen needs. The platform, developed in collaboration with eAgora, allows residents to have 'the Town Hall in their hand' through a single digital environment.
Integrated functionalities include reporting incidents, sending messages to the council, accessing registrations and sports bookings, consulting the municipal agenda, and following local news. Additionally, the platform features tourism and commerce content, with information on points of interest, routes, businesses, and services.
Residents also have access to the electronic office, the transparency portal, and various municipal procedures. The platform includes an SOS button for quick responses and a personal space to progressively centralize user-associated documentation and services.

"Moralzarzal takes a firm step towards a more modern, connected administration focused on the real needs of the resident."
