Manzanares El Real is hosting three cultural and artisan events this weekend: the presentation of the book '50 Questions on Exercise and Mental Health', the Artisan Market, and a macramé workshop.

The presentation of the book, written by Santiago de la O Mora, will combine scientific dissemination and personal experience to explain how physical exercise can become a tool for improving mental health. Topics such as anxiety, depression, stress, sleep, self-esteem, and emotional well-being will be addressed, always from an evidence-based approach and using accessible language.
The project stems from available scientific evidence and the author's own personal experience with anxiety and depression processes, aiming to provide citizens with useful, rigorous, and accessible tools for mental health care. The presentation will include an informative talk, small participatory dynamics with the audience, a final Q&A session, and a discussion.

"The project stems from available scientific evidence and my own personal experience related to anxiety and depression processes, with the aim of bringing useful, rigorous, and accessible tools for mental health care closer to citizens."
