The THAM Community, in collaboration with the General Directorate for Senior and Dependency Care, has launched a professional, free listening and support service for seniors in Torrelodones, Hoyo, Alpedrete, and Moralzarzal.

This initiative is aimed at older adults experiencing feelings of loneliness or discouragement, going through significant life changes, or who simply wish to talk with someone who will listen and understand. It also caters to those seeking to improve their emotional well-being, stay active, or share experiences with others.
Participants can choose from various care modalities tailored to their situations, including individual psychological counseling, group workshops, telephone support, cognitive training, and mutual help groups.
The service is professional, free of charge, and confidential, ensuring the peace of mind of all attendees. To request a spot, individuals can visit the relevant Social Services center in person or contact them by phone or email, after consulting with the social worker.
