The El Escorial City Council has approved the tender documents for the drafting of the Montencinar urbanization project, with an allocated budget of 726,000 euros.

Interested parties in the tender for drafting the Montencinar urbanization project have until next July 29th to submit their bids. The tender, with a budget of 726,000 euros, has been approved by the municipal government.
Following the plenary approval in April of a budget increase, the municipal contracting department has confirmed that all legally required procedures are underway. The official announcement is expected to be published in the Official Journal of the European Union (DOUE) within the next 48 hours, and will subsequently be available on the State Contracting Platform.
