The City Council of El Boalo, Cerceda y Mataelpino is reviving the Environment Fair on June 5 and 6 in Mataelpino, after a two-year absence, to promote sustainability and environmental care.

The town of El Boalo is preparing to host the twelfth edition of the Environment Fair, an event that resumes its celebration on June 5 and 6 in Mataelpino. After a two-year hiatus, this fair is consolidating itself as a key space to address topics such as environmental care, agroecology, sustainability, and ecological innovation.
The gathering will bring together a wide range of participants, including companies, institutions, associations, and professionals from the environmental and agroecological sectors. They will present their advancements in renewable energy, recycling, energy efficiency, circular economy, and responsible resource management, highlighting relevant innovations and actions in each area.
The program of activities is designed to engage all citizens. It will include proposals such as transhumance, an ornithological route, a local producers' market, bartering, informative talks, round tables, practical workshops, exhibitions, technological demonstrations, and specific activities for children and families.

This edition will place a special emphasis on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the need to transition towards more responsible production and consumption models, in line with current ecological transition policies and environmental sector trends.
Admission to the fair will be free. The opening hours will be on June 5 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on June 6, from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
