Collado Mediano Celebrates San Isidro and Spring Market with Artisans and Music

Collado Mediano is preparing for a festive day next Saturday, May 23rd, at La Fuente Municipal Park, combining the San Isidro de Las Mozas festival with the Spring Craft Market.

The event, designed for family enjoyment outdoors, will offer a comprehensive program including traditional activities, interactive workshops, children's entertainment, and musical performances throughout the day.
The Craft Market will open its doors at 11:00 AM, featuring 22 stalls with traditionally made products. It will remain open until 8:00 PM.
One of the highlighted workshops will be titled “The Wool Process,” organized by the Asociación de Labores Solidarias de la Iaia. Attendees can learn about the stages of traditional wool work in the morning (11:00 AM to 2:00 PM) and afternoon (5:00 PM to 8:00 PM).
The San Isidro de Las Mozas festival will commence at 12:00 PM. In the afternoon, there will be children's activities including inflatables (3:00 PM to 7:00 PM) and a tombola (4:30 PM to 5:30 PM).
The musical program will begin at 6:30 PM with a concert by “Fede Marini Drum,” followed by a DJ set that will conclude the day at 10:30 PM.
The City Council encourages residents and visitors from the region to participate in this event that blends tradition, community, crafts, and leisure in a natural setting.
