Alpedrete's Urban Youth Camp: Summer Fun and Activities

The Youth Department organizes a new edition of the summer camp with excursions and workshops for young people.

The Youth Department of the Alpedrete City Council has launched a new edition of the Urban Youth Camp, which will run from June 29 to July 31, offering a variety of activities and excursions for young people.

The camp, planned over five weeks, allows registration for full weeks, alternating weeks, or consecutive weeks, with a limit of 40 places per week. Activities will take place from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with Thursdays extending until 5:30 PM to include excursions.
Participants will enjoy team games (gymkhanas), water games, sports, workshops, and live-action role-playing. Activities will be held in Alpedrete's parks, the Youth Center, and the municipal swimming pool. Thursday excursions will take participants to natural pools such as La Panera in El Espinar, Riosequillo in Buitrago, and Las Berceas in Cercedilla.
Children born between 2008 and 2014 are eligible to participate, with those born in 2014 required to have completed 6th grade of Primary Education. The use of mobile phones will be prohibited during activities and excursions.
Pre-registration will be open until June 12, 2026, via an online link, with places assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon confirmation, participants will have 48 hours to complete payment and submit required documentation. Communication with registered families will be conducted through a private Telegram channel.
