The training, which will take place in Galapagar from October 23rd to 29th, is aimed at individuals aged 16 and over who wish to acquire useful skills for daily life and their professional future. The course combines an online theoretical component, through ENNSAP's platform, with practical sessions at the “Fernando Navarro” indoor pool in Galapagar.
The curriculum will cover fundamental aspects of aquatic rescue, including intervention phases in emergencies, accident rescue, psychological and legal aspects of the job, and the use of Basic Life Support and Automated External Defibrillators (AED).
Online theoretical classes will run until October 29th, the deadline for completing the corresponding theoretical exams. Access requirements include being 16 years old (or turning 16 before December 31st, 2026) and holding a Graduado en ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education) qualification.
Residents registered in Torrelodones, as well as family members and members of IPA Madrid, affiliates of SUP and IPSE, and residents of Galapagar, Collado Villalba, Colmenarejo, or Valdemorillo, can enroll for a reduced fee of 180 euros. The cost for other students will be 240 euros.
