The session, taking place in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, includes on its Agenda the approval of the modification of the City Council's Staffing Plan (RPT), aiming to incorporate new civil servants. Additionally, the dates for local festivities in 2027 will be determined, and the General Account for the City Council, the Monte del Pilar Foundation, and the commercial company PAMMASA for the 2025 fiscal year will be submitted for approval.
Another relevant point will be the potential approval of the extrajudicial recognition of credits for invoices issued in 2025 and 2026 by the companies Firma Profesional y Tecnología Internacional and Consumibles del Área de Nuevas Tecnologías. Subsequently, motions presented by the different municipal groups will be debated, followed by requests and questions from council members and residents.

For their part, Más Madrid – Izquierda Unida seeks to urge the Community of Madrid to join the state's single transport pass program, integrating the public network and maintaining favorable fares and discounts.
On the national level, motions from Vox and the Popular Party focusing on the defense of Spanish sovereignty in Ceuta and Melilla will be debated, urging the Government to take measures in response to recent events. Más Madrid Izquierda Unida will present a motion in solidarity with Ceuta and for territorial co-responsibility regarding the migratory crisis.
