The City Council of Pozuelo de Alarcón has announced the summer schedules for its Citizen Attention Offices (OAC). The Padre Vallet office, located in the city center, will operate in July from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During August, its hours will be reduced to mornings only, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Meanwhile, the OAC located at El Cubo Espacio Joven, in the Station area, will maintain its regular hours of 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM throughout the summer, in both July and August. However, the office in Prado de Somosaguas, on Volturno street, will remain closed during August, after having provided services in July during its usual morning hours.
No prior appointment will be necessary to be attended at any of the offices, and a preferential attention turn will be offered to senior citizens. The Consistory recommends bringing all necessary documentation printed and completed to expedite procedures, although most can be handled online through the electronic headquarters.
The citizen attention phone line 010 maintains its usual hours from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside these hours, a voicemail message can be left. For inquiries, residents within Pozuelo de Alarcón can call 010, while those outside the city can use the number 91 217 14 92.
