The Pozuelo de Alarcón April Fair will take place next Saturday, April 18, in the Plaza del Padre Vallet. Activities will kick off at 12:00 PM with various local dance and flamenco academies, such as Dance Studios, the Almudena Paniagua Flamenco School, Flamenco y Sevillanas Gisele Domit, the sevillanas group from the El Albero association, and the Centro Integral de Artes (CIARTS).
In the afternoon, music will continue with the performance of the group Brisas del Guadiana at 3:00 PM. At 6:00 PM, the stage will welcome the renowned Jerez-born singer Juan Peña, known for hits like Mentías. The festive day will continue with the Coro de la Hermandad Nuestra Señora del Rocío de Pozuelo de Alarcón starting at 8:00 PM, and the flamenco group Pan de Telera will close the night at 10:00 PM, with the party ending at midnight.
Additionally, rociera music enthusiasts can enjoy a special Rociero Festival. This event, presented by the Coro de la Hermandad del Rocío, will be held on Friday, April 17, at 7:30 PM at the Teatro MIRA. Admission will be free, but prior reservation is required through the Giglon website or at the theater box office, with a maximum of two tickets per person. Reservations will be held until 10 minutes before the start, after which unoccupied seats will be released for free access until capacity is reached on a first-come, first-served basis.
