The Guardia Civil has apprehended a 65-year-old individual in Collado Villalba, accused of assaulting his brother-in-law with a bladed weapon. The incident, which occurred on Friday afternoon at a residence in the Valles Urbanization, followed a family dispute.

Emergency services from Summa 112 responded to the home around 2:42 PM. They found the 62-year-old victim with an incised wound to the abdomen, consistent with a bladed weapon attack. After being stabilized at the scene, the injured man was transported by helicopter to Puerta de Hierro Hospital in Majadahonda, where he remains in serious condition.

Both individuals involved, of Spanish nationality, are relatives. The Guardia Civil has taken charge of the investigation to clarify the exact circumstances that led to this incident. Agents from the Local Police and members of Civil Protection also collaborated in the initial assistance to the injured man.
