These workshops seek to provide a space for professional support, focused on emotional well-being, stress management, and personal development. The initiative is framed within a preventive and non-clinical approach, avoiding any area specific to sanitary psychology or regulated therapies.
Each participant can enroll in up to three workshops, which will cover various areas such as stress management and personal organization, support during study or employment stages, improving self-care and healthy habits, and preventing family or relational difficulties. Emotional well-being and personal balance will also be addressed.
“"The program is not clinical; it does not perform diagnoses or therapeutic interventions. Its purpose is preventive, educational, and supportive."
With this proposal, the City Council reaffirms its commitment to youth emotional well-being, prevention, and support, with the aim of fostering a more cohesive and healthy community.
Registrations for these workshops, which will begin from May 11, will open on Wednesday, May 6, at 4:30 PM. Initially, 20 spots will be offered. Interested individuals can register in person at the Casa de la Juventud or online, by sending the completed form to the provided email address.
The allocation of spots will be made strictly in order of application receipt, prioritizing young people registered in Hoyo de Manzanares. Should there be any remaining spots, they will be assigned to other applicants, also in order of arrival.
