On Saturday morning, from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM, the Plaza Mayor will host booths where health professionals will provide information and answer questions. Attendees can participate in various activities designed for all ages, including basic health parameters, information on fascia, oral hygiene, and aromatherapy.
For children, the fair will feature face painting and a photo booth. Additionally, the blood donation bus will be available at Plaza de La Caldereta from 10:15 AM to 1:30 PM.
The event will include a zumba master class at 11:15 AM, led by instructors from the Hoyo de Manzanares Sports Center, and at 12:30 PM, the play «healthy habits» will be performed.
The Health Department encourages all families, young people, and seniors to participate in this initiative, which seeks to raise awareness about the importance of prevention and self-care in a fun environment.
