Of this total figure, 1,733,865 euros were allocated to the fixed maintenance fee for necessary repairs and incidents (corrective maintenance). In addition, 3,302,174 euros were invested in preventive maintenance, focused on improvements.
Among the most significant actions carried out are the replacement and renovation of the sports flooring in the Rey Felipe VI pavilion (218,242.83 €), the replacement and renovation of the false ceiling and insulation in the covered pavilion of the CDM Ángel Nieto (217,654.40 €), and the replacement and renovation of the chiller in the Administrative Headquarters (203,411.59 €).
Other notable interventions include the restoration of the Millonaria facade and interior conditioning (89,000 €), the replacement of LED lighting with regulation in the Training Center (87,170.42 €), and the adaptation of dance studios (76,200 €).
Furthermore, the renovation of the air conditioning in the covered municipal swimming pool (65,394.77 €), the adaptation of work areas in the Administrative Headquarters (60,000 €), and the replacement of LED lighting in the Municipal Auditorium and the House of Youth (51,571.00 €) were carried out.
Finally, defects in the elevators of municipal buildings were rectified to comply with new regulations, with an investment of 35,000 € plus VAT.
