The weekend agenda in Tres Cantos offers a wide range of proposals for residents and visitors, with initiatives ranging from historical tours to magic shows. The program aims to encourage participation in activities related to culture, nature, creativity, and family entertainment.
On Friday, activities will begin with the neighborhood walk Tres Cantos con nombre de mujer, which will explore the history of the women who give their names to the municipality's streets. That same day, the Lope de Vega Municipal Library will host the oral narration session Palabras más, palabras menos…, aimed at young people and adults as part of the Book Day program.
Saturday will be full of options, including the Street Art Space at the Vértice Youth Center to promote artistic expression among young people. Central Park will be the setting for an environmental gymkhana, while the Las Vaquerizas Environmental Classroom will offer a workshop on bioluminescence. In the afternoon, Central Park will host the first Youth April Fair with live music, workshops, and gastronomic proposals.
Sunday will focus on family leisure with the Family Party at Espacio Enrique Mas, which will include inflatables, creative workshops, and children's games. A circular biomarathon will also be held in Tres Cantos to explore local biodiversity. The day will culminate with the magic show Inmagic, descubre la nueva magia at the Municipal Theater, directed by Jorge Blass and starring Inmaculada Quesada.
In addition, ongoing programming includes the exhibition Tesoros de Hollywood, part of Tres Cantos de Cine, which can be visited until June 14 at the Baluarte Hall of the Adolfo Suárez Cultural Center. Municipal libraries will also continue with activities related to Book Day, such as the competition Maxi animales vs. Mini insectos and the 41st Children's and Youth Book Exhibition.
