The Municipal Company for Land and Housing (EMSV) will be responsible for managing this new housing development, which will also feature a Day Center for seniors.
The comprehensive demolition project of the existing building on Granero street, which previously housed the Red Cross, will allow the entire plot to be used for the construction of new homes. These actions are in addition to the urbanization of the streets Cristóbal Colón and Cristo de los Remedios, improving pedestrian mobility in the area.
Demolition works are expected to begin in late November and conclude in December. The street urbanization works are projected to be carried out during the first quarter of 2027.
