Tres Cantos is set for a musical weekend at the 'Veladas en el Lago' with concerts by DePol and Darwin. Friday's schedule is adjusted due to Spain's football match.

The municipality of Tres Cantos is preparing for a musical weekend at the Parque Central, the hub for the 'Veladas en el Lago' events. This weekend's program blends passion for football with nostalgia for 80s and 90s pop-rock hits.
Friday's concert, featuring emerging artist DePol, will exceptionally start at 11:00 PM. This schedule change aims to avoid conflicts with the Spanish national team's World Cup quarter-final match, allowing attendees to enjoy both events without compromise.
DePol will perform songs from his debut album, 'No Lo Sé Ni Yo', in a concert designed to appeal to various generations, a common feature of this summer series.
On Saturday, July 11th, starting at 10:00 PM, the band Darwin will conclude the evening with a repertoire of major pop and rock hits from the 80s and 90s. Led by Alberto Mejías, the band will offer a journey through musical anthems intended for dancing and singing along.
The 'Veladas en el Lago' have become a prominent summer cultural event in Tres Cantos, drawing thousands to the Parque Central with a diverse program. This cycle is part of the ‘Abierto por Vacaciones’ initiative, offering cultural, sports, and leisure activities throughout July and August.
The programming will continue with Corazón Oxidado on July 17th and will conclude on July 18th with a performance by Café Quijano, one of the highlights of this edition.
