Out of the 176 users assisted, 82 are women who have experienced gender-based violence. The municipal program aims to facilitate job searching and improvement, expand training opportunities, and promote the economic independence of participants.
The initiative offers personalized support, including socio-labor guidance, active job search assistance, resume building help, and information on training and employment resources. For victims of gender-based violence, there is an added emphasis on strengthening economic autonomy and self-esteem.

Concurrently, the service collaborates with local businesses to identify their hiring needs and connect women with job openings. Entities such as Residencia Amavir, Los Gladiolos, CLECE, Fundación Polibea, Compass Group, Hotaza Colectividades, and Atende Servicios Integrados have already participated.
This business cooperation has already led to some hirings, and candidates are currently being evaluated for new positions. The goal is to align companies' demands with local female talent, promoting equal opportunities in the job market.
