Since April 18th, the facilities of the Lope de Vega Library operate continuously from 9:00 AM until 1:00 AM. This extension includes Saturdays and Sundays, removing typical weekend restrictions and offering greater flexibility to students.
The main objective of this initiative is to provide an optimal study environment, with the necessary silence, comfort, and resources to maximize academic performance. For almost three months, the center will become a key point for the intellectual activity of the municipality.
To ensure smooth access during extended hours, a specific entrance has been enabled for the study room. This entrance is located between avenida de los Labradores, 28 and calle Urano, allowing student flow to be independent of other activities within the municipal complex.
Although the service will remain consistent, the library will close its doors for holidays on May 1st and 2nd, as well as June 24th. After these dates, the extended hours will resume immediately until July 5th.
“"The extension of hours responds to the need to offer students adequate and accessible spaces during a particularly demanding period of the academic year."
Additionally, the Sala Centro, located on the ground floor of the town hall, continues to offer an alternative for study. This space is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, making it ideal for civil service exam candidates and those who prefer daytime hours and a more central location.
