The Northern Zone is preparing to experience the excitement of the World Cup football final with a collective outdoor event. Six municipalities have organized the broadcast of the decisive match of the Spanish National Team on giant screens, aiming to create a festive and family-friendly atmosphere to cheer on the team.
Alcobendas will offer a complete experience at the Ciudad Deportiva Valdelasfuentes esplanade. Starting at 8:00 PM, with free entry, there will be a giant screen, food and drink stands, face painting for children, and prize draws during halftime. The event begins at 9:00 PM.
In Colmenar Viejo, the «La Corredera» Bullring will be the venue to follow the match. Entry is free until full capacity, and attendees are encouraged to come with shirts and flags to support 'La Roja'.
Tres Cantos will repeat its successful formula at the Recinto Ferial, opening its doors from 8:00 PM so residents can enjoy the giant screen. Entry is free until capacity is reached.
San Sebastián de los Reyes (Sanse) will warm up the atmosphere in the Plaza de la Constitución starting at 7:00 PM with musical entertainment before the match, which will be broadcast live.
Algete will broadcast the final in Parque Europa starting at 9:00 PM, inviting residents to come wearing their team shirts to enjoy the best atmosphere.
Cobeña will set up a giant screen in the Plaza de la Villa. Entertainment will begin at 7:45 PM, and while the City Council provides the screen, attendees will need to bring their own chairs. The organization encourages people to come 'with family and friends' to support the National Team alongside other residents.
The common event across the entire Northern Zone, despite each municipality's specific arrangements, shares the goal of making the World Cup final a collective, free, and open-to-all outdoor gathering, under the repeated slogan: 'vamos España' (Go Spain).
